Welcome to Manitowoc Weekend Dental Assisting School. Our academic team is led by Dr. Scott  Behringer who has over 30 years of experience specializing in sedation and cosmetic dentistry. Our instructors come prepared with over 55 combined years of dental assisting experience and are presently employed in their field.

Dr. Scott Behringer, DDS


Dr. Behringer is the chief educator and oversees the education of each student to conform to the requirements of the course instruction and will directly oversee each student in the radiographic training. Dr. Behringer graduated from Marquette School of Dentistry and has been a licensed dentist since 1977,  specializing in cosmetic and sedation dentistry and CEREC same day crowns.   He manages a team of dental assistants, dental hygienists, and administrative staff to provide the greatest care and comfort to his patients.

Emily Decker


Emily is the Chief Administrator. She has over 20 years of dental assisting experience in both private practice and in the United States National Guard. Emily will direct her teaching staff and oversee the class schedules and curriculum which includes CPR training, CEREC same day crowns, provisional crowns, impressions, and radiography. As a Master Sergeant, she has demonstrated strong leadership skills and is prepared to lead her team and her students to attain their goals.

Gina Dondlinger


Gina will utilize her 19 years of dental assisting experience to help educate students on the professionalism and fundamentals required to become a quality dental assistant.  She has dedicated many hours to continuing education in sedation dentistry, digital radiography and CEREC same day crown design all to better serve her patients.
